Tyrant Diablo- he retained his name in his living form and in his undead form. During his life before death, he was a notorious pirate. He was the cruelest man that ever sailed. He earned nicknames such as “Devil of the sea” and “the embodiment of death”. He used his popularity and rallied hundreds of men to rise up and overthrow the government of Athkatla. He led his army to the gate of Athkatla. There, he led his men against the army of the city. Both armies battled, and it seemed Tyrant was on the verge of victory. With his amulet, Bloodsong, he could never truly die, he would resurrect back to normal. He engaged the lead general in combat, while they exchanged blows, Tyrant lost his amulet. He was soon slain, and his army was defeated. His remaining soldiers ran away with his body, and buried him in a place called “shipwreck waters”.

His amulet was recovered many years later by a common thief, and the amulet led the thief to shipwreck waters. The thief united the amulet with the corpse of Tyrant and he was reborn! His form has changed, however, and instead of being the dashing pirate he once was, he became an undead knight of darkness. His already powerful magic has now been amplified. With dark magic at his disposal, he now works to raise an army of undead minions so that he can get his revenge on the city, Athkatla.
